Plus, scammers stick to free ways of faking ownership (like social media profiles); ECFR.com has a small annual fee, and paid listings on a website are typically indicative of authentic owners.
EdgewaterCondosforRent.com has no fees for guests.
We connect guests with owners, and each owner sets their requirements for booking. Some will link you to a direct location for booking; others will have an inquiry form to initiate dialogue for booking.
No payments are collected on EdgewaterCondosForRent.com. There are no guest fees to use this site; all payments for rentals must be coordinated with the owner or manager and payment made directly to them.
Each listing has a Contact Owner button. Many will include their direct email address or phone number as well. Or you can enter your information and send an inquiry or click to Book Now and get redirected to the site the owner uses for bookings and where you’ll find contact opportunities.
Tower I is the tall building overlooking the lagoon pool and beach. It is in the center of the three tallest buildings on property.
Tower II is to the west of Tower I, to the left if you are in the Gulf looking at the beach, and Leeward/Windward (two shorter buildings) flank its other side.
Tower III is to the east of Tower I, to the right if you are in the Gulf looking at the beach, closest to the Resort main entrance.
Leeward and Windward (L/W) are the six-story buildings to the west of Tower II. Leeward is closest to Tower II and Windward sits just on the other side of the L/W pool, farthest west of the Edgewater property. These smaller buildings have a pool between them and sit right on the sandy beach. They are part of the Edgewater family, and guests there enjoy all of the Resort’s amenities.
Yes, all guests of all sections of Edgewater Beach Resort enjoy the vast amenities. A free tram can take you anywhere you want to go, or the Resort is easily walkable.

EdgewaterCondosforRent.com does not collect any funds from guests. They will book with you directly via your Owner Rez booking form, affiliate link to a bookable location, or you can work out payment details directly with the guest.
