Step inside the Barefoot and Beach Bound villa for a comfortable retreat where relaxation meets sunshine. Located in the villas of Edgewater, you’ll enjoy a spacious living area with ample seating including sleeper sofa, smart TV, patio access, and ceiling fan. The open floor plan includes a dining area with seating for six and the well-equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, including a full pot coffee pot, toaster, and blender. We also provide dishware, cookware, and utensils needed for meals and snacks. A full sized washer and dryer, guest bathroom with tub/shower combo, plus high speed wifi round out conveniences.
The bedroom features two comfy queen beds, clothing storage, ceiling fan, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.
Our patio offers seating to enjoy a view of the golf course plus soothing water feature.
We include four beach chairs for guests to use (provided they have not been recently damaged). A seasonally heated pool (gets no lower than 84 degrees) is located just steps from our front door. This golf villa will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
