Experience coastal luxury in our oceanfront two-bedroom, two-bath condo boasting an open floor plan and coastal-inspired décor. Relax in the spacious living room with a 55” Smart TV and amazing panoramic gulf views or savor morning coffee on the balcony as you breathe in the salty air, emerald green waters, and white sandy beaches. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, all the utensils needed, and beautiful Corian countertops with bar seating adjacent to a bright dining area. The Master Bedroom is spacious, offering a king bed, Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a glass door walk-in shower. The guest bedroom sleeps three on a twin over queen bunk and has its own Smart TV with a shared bath and tub shower combo. South of Heaven comfortably accommodates up to five guests.

As part of the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach, Edgewater offers a plethora of amenities for relaxation, recreation, and entertainment. Beginning with the oceanfront, resort-style Lagoon Pool with over 11,500 square feet of waterfalls and tropical landscape. There are a total of 11 pools throughout the resort (10 pools are seasonally heated), along with four beachfront hot tubs. A splash pad is adjacent to the lagoon pool for the littles to enjoy. The summer months bring a calendar of activities to the resort for all ages, including beach volleyball, poolside bingo, bonfires, karaoke, and many activities for the kids.

Resort guests have access to Edgewater’s own executive Par 3 golf course, complimentary pickleball courts, ten lighted Plexi cushion tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, basketball court, plus a fitness center and pro shop for every tennis, pickleball, and golf need.

Never leave the resort with several on-premise dining options, including oceanfront Oceans Bar & Grill (serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner), Paradise Pizza, and poolside favorites at Blenders and Shakers bars. Edgie’s Corner Market offers hand-dipped ice cream, Starbucks coffee, beach accessories, and various other sundries. Complimentary tram service provides guests with a shuttle to move about the 110-acre resort easily.

More adventure awaits with the following beach, water sports, and activities: Banana Boat, Parasailing, and Sailboat Rides/Rentals, Jet Ski, Boogie Board, and Kayak Rentals, Eco-Tours, and Surf Lessons. The Shipwreck Island water park is a mile from Edgewater, and Captain Anderson’s Marina offers deep-sea fishing excursions, the Sea Screamer (a 2-hour sightseeing and dolphin speedboat adventure), and pontoon boat rentals/shuttles to nearby Shell Island.

When looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fill the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind, oceanfront family-friendly atmosphere featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, and Forever 21 are a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, The Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House, Pompano Joes Seafood House, Ford’s Garage, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers. **Parking: Guests must register for parking passes at least 24 hours before the arrival date. The registration fee is $50 and includes one vehicle parking pass. A second parking pass is available for an additional $30.

**All guests must wear wristbands while on premise at Edgewater. These silicone wristbands are available in the condo upon arrival.
