🍽️ The updated kitchen features granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, a Keurig duo coffee maker, crock pot, and all the appliances, utensils and dishware needed for meals and snacks. We have a new dining table for six and bar seating for three more.

* Primary Suite: Luxurious King bed with smart TV, ceiling fan, and clothing storage; an ensuite bathroom features a separate vanity area, large closet, and walk in tiled shower.
* Guest Bedroom: One Queen bed and one Full bed with a smart TV, ceiling fan, and clothing storage plus direct access to the updated guest bathroom that has a tile surround tub/shower combo.
* Living Area: Brand-new Queen memory-foam sleeper sofa

✅ Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.
