The Shell House: ideal, golf villa 312 with double balconies

Welcome to The Shell House, a comfortable, quiet villa near golf, restaurants and the beach.

You’ll share some magical moments with your family and loved ones at this ideal golf villa. The Shell House consists of a spacious living area, double balconies, a full kitchen, dining areas, three bedrooms and three baths and all perfectly located inside Edgewater Beach Resort in Panama City Beach Resort.

Step inside The Shell House and enjoy a bright, airy, comfortable living space. A sectional sofa and plush chair offer ample seating to enjoy the smart TV or the view of the iconic 8th green of the golf course. Step outside to one of the two villa balconies for fresh air or dining al fresco.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all large and small appliances (traditional and single cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc) needed for easy meal prep, and we have bar seating and a dining table available. A washer and dryer is available for your convenience, and we have a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo downstairs as well.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, and each includes a smart TV, comfortable bedding, plush pillows, extra blankets, and clothing storage. The master bedroom has king bed; the second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed; and the 3rd bedroom upstairs has two queen beds and access to a balcony overlooking the golf course. Additionally, there are two upstairs full bathrooms each with a walk-in shower.

A seasonally heated pool is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort’s convention center and clubhouse are right down the street.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $500 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort’s fee and up to two vehicles.
